Ram Reddy holds the position of President and CEO of MYTec Software since inception, being about ten years. He carries over eighteen years of experience in the IT industry catering to various industries related to Aerospace, Agriculture, Cable Manufacturing, High Tech, Oil & Gas and Pharmaceuticals. The varied industries have provided him an opportunity to work in Australia, Canada, India, Italy and the United States of America.

With almost a quarter century of experience, Ram was associated with Pirelli North America as their IT Director. Piloting SAP Implementations, Upgrades and Automation in US, Canada & Italy is what he takes pride in. His graduation was in the Mechanical Engineering stream from Gulbarga University.

A game of Golf and Travel is what keeps Ram relaxed, when away from call of duty. Steve Jobs is whom Ram considers a role model for the perfectionist that he was. A quote by Vince Lombardi “Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence.” is held close to.

Alan Knutson- Senior SAP Sales & Distribution consultant has 10 years of SAP experience. Alan brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from working in several different industries including Foods, Automotive Parts, and Cable Manufacturing before joining MYTecSoft Inc. He has extensive experience in managing and leading many successful projects. Alan holds a BS in Accounting from Illinois State University and also successfully passed the CPA Exam.

Bharadwaj Kolluru has been associated with us since its inception. He possesses 12 years of diversified experience in managing and implementing SAP projects for various industries. He earned his Master’s in Computer Applications from Osmania University and also holds an active PMP certification.

His expertise in SAP applications combined with the knowledge of business processes, has won him accolades from customers that he worked with.

His motto in life “Patience, persistence and perspiration make an unbeatable combination for success”. He believes that every human being is special in his/her own ways. Learning things from each other's experience is an immediate prospect one shouldn’t miss.

Ramesh Guntika has been associated with MYTec Software for over Ten years. He currently is in charge of IT Consulting. He has experience in Recruitment, Vendor management and SAP MM. Improving the efficiency and customer service with a personalised approach is what comes naturally to him.

With about a decade experience in total, Ramesh was earlier associated with The Mysore Stoneware Pipes and Potteries as a Production Engineer. He has graduated from Gulbarga University with Mechanical Engineering.

Prasad Reddy Siddireddy has been working with us since 2016. He earned his Master’s in Business Administration from Sri Venkateswara University. Prior to MYTEC, he was working with Deloitte Consulting India Private Limited for a tenure of 8 years as a Senior Consultant.

Prasad has over 12 years of SAP functional experience in establishing professional standards being productive and results oriented. He is an instrumental in projects execution and maintaining the client relations. He possess strong technical skills and business process knoweldge in across the industries. He worked for various SAP implementations in Retail, Utility, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverages, Textile Manufacturing, and Cable industries.
